I was introduced to RC Training & Fitness from a mutual friend after sharing that I was 'workout confused'. I was loving the group environment at other workout classes I was going to, but knew I needed a more focused strength training approach that was tailored to my goals. Enter RC Training & Fitness. After looking into RC Fitness and talking with Ross, it's group training classes, which was exactly what I was looking for. I'm week two of my trial, which I'll be extending to a 3x/week membership. I love the 4-week planned programs and how the classes are designed throughout the week. I love the hands-on approach the trainers lend to hone my technique and push myself to get stronger. Ross and his crew are awesome. Ross exudes so much passion, knowledge and positivity for helping others. The members are really lovely- really nice and helpful. It doesn't matter if you're new to strength training or seasoned, it's a really welcoming, supportive and encouraging environment that the staff and members have created. Gyms have felt intimidating for me personally, but this vibe is so non-judgemental. I feel like I found my place!
