So my friends and I go there quite often. Generally it's pretty great. The servers are amazing and good people, however we went in for wings and not only the first time, but one of the more noticeable times the general manager was completely completely inappropriate towards his customers. We were the first people waiting in line and were placed at the bar while there were three open tables. Then when we asked to be moved we were told no there wasn't room as their sat a table open and he proceeded to give tables away to customers he preferred to give them to as they came in. One way to ruin a business really fast is to have horrible management and they really need to look at who they have in charge. Less

We booked trivia night tickets through Event Bright and drove from Vernon in the snow to find out that they do not have access to the event bright bookings and turned us away. They mentioned that this has been an issue for weeks and yet there is no resolution. Less

There's are two entrances, the main one leads to a flight of stairs downward, the side entrance is accessible although there are only two tables on that level along with the main bar and a bit of counter space. There are two other seating areas, one up a couple of stairs and one down a bunch of stairs. The service was good, quick, friendly but the food... Hmmm... Excellent place to stop in to have a burger and beer! Right across the street from weekly volleyball games and baseball/softball in the warmer months. Staff always treat you great.
