Fast forward to today, September 26 and the same exact thing has occurred. Once again I hold up my end to conduct business. The technician is a no show. If I remember correctly Nick is the owner and Spencer “manages” the unorganized circus. Nick and Spencer both run a clown show. The technician is full of excuses. No one up there wants to work. If the excuse is that school is out today then notify the customers the day we ALL found school was going to be out which was the day before the scheduled appointment. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Bottom line go 2 miles up the road to a well run business. When I bought my truck I asked the dealership who should I use to spray my bed liner and they highly recommend the competitor of Fred’s truck accessories. I only tried to use Fred’s because they were cheaper but you get what you pay for if you can even get it at Fred’s. Less

First time I spoke to Nick and he pretended that AZ company was supposed to reach out and schedule an appointment to remove the top and ship it for repainting. Said he'd figure it out and call me back. That was in January. I called back 4-5 times, left messages with the front desk lady and on the machine and never received a call back. Besides that, the truck topper leaks water from the sides since it wasn't installed properly. I think at this point I'll reach out to manufacturer and see how far I get. I only have to hose my truck down when pollen is bad...I have not washed it since Dec. 2018 no damage to the finish when rocks hit the truck from a dump truck on the highway. My husband had warranty work done on one of his fenders last year with no problems....Big plus the guys are super friendly and professional. My truck is already posted to their site. This trip we installed and S&B cold air intake (yes they do cold air intakes and now S&B)...sound install and s far enjoying the product...Installed a Putco blade LED Tailgate light bar...brake, reverse and turn signaling! it comes w/a five year warranty!! team at Fred's always courteous and professional and did an amazing job. Had some technical difficulties in posting these additional pics but will get some posted on this latest visit...now to think about the next visit!! I bought the back flip truck bed cover and it was installed flawlessly. It definitely keeps the truck bed dry and secure. I drove through a major thunderstorm in Atlanta the day it was installed and everything in the bed stayed dry. These guys know exactly what they are doing and are professional.
