I visited the DRIPBaR in McKinney today and took advantage of their IV Shield special for $99 (normally $225). It was my first time there, so I completed a few medical questionnaires, but Hayley—one of the wellness coordinators—made the process easy. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and kept the positive energy going the entire time.After finishing the questionnaire and the good-faith exam with the nurse practitioner, I was escorted to the relaxing lounge, where I met Lindsey, the nurse who truly made the experience exceptional.From vein selection and prep to inserting the needle and securing the line, Lindsey handled everything with incredible care and professionalism. I absolutely hate needles, but she was so gentle that I barely felt a thing—which, for me, is a huge win!Once the catheter was in place, I was able to lay back and relax while the fluids replenished my system and helped restore electrolyte balance.Overall, it was a next-level experience. Huge thanks to Hayley and Lindsey for making my first visit such a great one!!!

This is a clean and welcoming facility, and the office staff are very kind. However, I do have a concern about the IV drip rate. My 88-year-old neighbor became dizzy and shaky during her treatment and was still feeling that way afterward. I was told that a faster drip rate should lower blood pressure, not raise it, which worried me.For her age, I believe a slower drip rate would be safer. She also mentioned that she did not take her blood pressure before coming for her treatment, and I initially thought she had skipped her blood pressure medication. So when the nurse made that comment, it didn’t make sense to me and raised more concern.

This place and the ladies there are great. I walked in 5 minutes before closing, because there had been an accident on the hwy involving an overhanging 18 wheeler, and the sweet girl at the front desk answered all my questions without hesitating or making me feel rushed. When I asked if it was too late for one or 2 of their vitamin shots her coworker quickly said she would still do it for me even though they had already packed up to close for the day. This I am very grateful for as my work/office hours are hard to work with since most places have the same hours.They were held up from going home by my late walk in and still gave me top service. Friendly, patient, precise and good at customer service. Thank you so much ladies, you made thi experience anxiety free and very comfortable.As for the shots, I am happy I got them. I woke up the next day feeling refreshed and awake with a sudden boost of energy and good mood. I will be going back for more and recommend to anyone looking for IV treatments or shots.
