Everything they provided for me was done with great compassion, understanding, gentle guidance and expert hands. I always felt safe and heard while under their care and I truly value the lifelong gratitude I hold for the entire team at NNMA, but especially Jackie, Taylor and Kayci. They were always there to answer any concern, wether physical or emotional, and my husband and I felt free to express ourselves in a safe environment. They helped me feel relaxed yet informed with their wealth of knowledge and openness during the most intense and fearful times of my life, when new life was emerging and so much seemed yet to be determined. I was visiting family in Reno 33 weeks pregnant and had an unexpected concern come up with my pregnancy. I called Jackie and she met me at her clinic right away for a wellness check, even though she had never met me. She was so kind and knowledgeable and put all of my concerns to rest after checking everything over. The little community at her clinic is an absolute dream for any family. Everyone was welcoming, they showed me around and they even invited me to their different group offerings for everything from pregnancy to older kids.
