Today was the first day I used the Captivating Cleanliness service. I was very impressed from the beginning of our communications. Lindsay is very attentive to all your questions and needs. Tiffany serviced my home today and she did a fantastic job. She was prompt and very friendly. I had no problem communicating with her at all. I would recommend this service. After using a chain company for several years and being "mostly satisfied" with them, I decided to try a smaller local business to see if I could be "totally satisfied". After an initial call with Lindsay who listened to the things I thought the last company had done well and could do better, she sent Jeanette for my first clean and WOW! Not only is every surface in my house sparkling, it smelled wonderful without being overpowering "cleaning chemicals", and Jeanette is just a delight. So happy I switched and can't imagine there's any better company out there than Captivating Cleanliness.UPDATE: it's been several months of consistent amazing cleaning from Jeanette and Captivating Cleanliness! I haven't had a single complaint - my house is always left sparkling clean and smelling wonderful. Jeanette treats my home and pets with the utmost respect and care! Absolutely top notch service!
