Heather has helped with several different insurance issues over the last several years. The best has been the SureBridge critical illness and hospitalization policies. After experiencing a critical illness with my daughter it funds we received from them have been worth the cost, I don’t think I would ever be without it or similar policy. This insurance has allowed us to concentrate of helping our daughter fight leukemia and not panic about finances.

Heather has been absolutely amazing to work with. We found her in 2019 during open enrollment after dropping another broker (at another company) for poor response. Heather has been an excellent support and resource as we navigate the very confusing health insurance marketplace. She also helped us through the Medicaid process, understand the tax credits and select the proper plan. We needed her again this week due to a change in status that changed our enrollment.
