I have worked with several different CRM programs over the years. CRM programs can be very simple or very complicated. The CS Lead System program falls somewhere in the middle. It is easy to use and probably does a whole lot more than I am aware of or use it for. Our firm is using it to track all the inquiry calls that originate from our website, along with any Information Request forms filled out from the site. It gives us a great way to track the leads from our website, so we easily know how our website is performing to bring in new clients. The CRM has a dashboard that provides a quick visual overview of how we are doing. I can assign the leads to a particular person in our firm to pursue, assign a status to the lead, and keep notes on the interactions regarding the lead. The CRM has the ability to link to your social media accounts, but we are not utilizing that feature at this time, nor the marketing aspect of the CRM. Those can also be powerful analysis tools. Overall, I feel the CS Lead System CRM is a great tool for a small to medium-sized business to utilize in tracking customer leads, managing them, and providing an overview of how the business is responding to those leads. When focused on your website in particular, the CRM greatly assists your business in knowing if its website is created and maintained so that it is bringing new business into your company, and also bringing in the type of business you really want. It provides the information and tracking you need in order to make better business decisions about your customers, to know who to market to, and to know where most of your business is coming from so you can target those profitable customers.
