This place is definitely a welcoming environment. I brought my kiddo to take a look and also to take advantage of the special. It's more of an old school place, in which I like. I've been to a few and let's just say they were more interested in breaking the bank. I was very pleased with the instructor and how he handled the kids. That's very important to me being that I have a kiddo on the spectrum. My kid is very excited to start! This is a place I would definitely recommend 👌🏽

I judge a SiFu not only by his knowledge and skills which are exemplary but by his curriculum, teaching ability and if his advanced students are able to demonstrate and master what they have been taught. Environment and collegiality are also important to me. Does everyone benefit from teaching or just the experienced students. Is there a support system for students who are having difficulty learning skills or are they left on their own to figure it out. At this school students are treated as family members who care for and support each other. This is a joyful place to train. If you want to learn an effective martial art in a nurturing environment whether child or adult give Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun Kung Fu with SiFu James an audition. I hope to see you there.

Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu is taught here. The instructor is very caring about the student’s development in the art of Wing Chun. Accuracy of positioning and execution are emphasized, thus building a strong foundation in this art. The atmosphere is that of family with a feeling of welcome and safety.This is not a combat-sports school with the attached competition aspect. Not that there is anything wrong with those schools; they are very good for driving maturity and rapid physical progress in their students.This school however, is a martial arts school with the attached developmental philosophy aspect. It will require some level of maturity, as well as time and commitment. The rewards will be realized as mental, and physical.
