We have purchased carpet and this store and our experience was fabulous, on another occasion we were trying to replace a blind that was damaged, they didn’t carry that particular brand however Mr Galvan was very helpful and worked on it free of charge. Wonderful experience with Viva Floors & More! Rosie found us large samples to try out in our home. Julian spent lots of time making sure that the job would go smoothly and answering all our many questions. Our installers, Luis, and Jose Luis were amazing---showed up on time every day, and truly cared about our home and the way the floors looked when finished. They were artists at mixing the planks so the floor would look like "real wood." They cleaned up at the end of every day!! We spoke with the owner on two occasions and were impressed by his willingness to work out the contract so that we were comfortable with it. Highly recommend! Less
