I was skeptical about the remote approach but I am blown away by their dedication and diligence with check-ins, dieting, and making sure the program fits my lifestyle while keeping my budget in mind. Jonathan has helped me so much over the past year. I never really understood how nutrition fit into the overall picture with fitness and health. He showed me how to fuel my body and get the proper nutrients. All of this is combined with the strength training. I have gained so much muscle and lost inches. I love what he has done for me. At almost 50 years of age, I am in the best shape ever. I always worked out since I was kid but combing the fitness and nutrition has made such a huge difference in my life. Jonathan sets up all the workouts and nutrition meal plans. He works closely with you to meet your needs and goals. He is a wonderful person. He cares about his clients so much. The way that the trainers work with you individually and listen to you is so important! They take the time to personalize your workouts and are extremely helpful when it comes to nutrition! They explain the how’s and why’s for the importance of why they want you to do everything from your exercises to your nutrition! They are patient but also want you to achieve your goals and see results so they will push and encourage you! I feel great and am on my way to my second goal thanks to their help and encouragement! It’s hard to find the personalized experience and encouragement nowadays… THEY HAVE IT! Less
