First let me say, Wood Wild Creations has the best customer service I've experienced in years! When I found the company after a short internet search, I thought....it's a little late and I'm sure no one will answer the phone. YES, he answered! I told him what I was looking to do, he asked for pics and decided the best route to take with the install of our butcher block counter top over the washer and dryer. Mr. Dwayne was at my house the next morning (unheard of) ready to go to work! He explained what he was doing from start to end, so professional! To make a long story short he loves what he do and he does it very well. If I could give him ten stars, five for skills and five for service I would. All I can say is WOW! I contacted Dwayne (not feeling very hopeful, I might add) for a swing for my mom - BUT I needed it in 6 days. Dwayne delivered on my need and he delivered the swing in 36 hours!! All edges are beautifully routed and sanded, the arm support has a pretty and graceful curve, screw holes are plugged and sanded, and each individual piece of pine is heavy and substantial. The...
