My husband and I are new to CrossFit and recently completed the foundation classes with Coach Dean, and we had a great experience. He took the time to make sure we understood proper form and built confidence before jumping into regular classes. The environment was welcoming and supportive, which made starting something new feel much less intimidating. We’re really excited to continue our CrossFit journey here and highly recommend this gym, especially for beginners!

Alpine is a fantastic gym. I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years and it’s hard to find a gym of this caliber. The coaching is solid and is tailored to your level of experience. The community is very inviting and athletes of all different strengths and abilities find a home here.

Alpine has an awesome community, great programming for anll levels, and amazing coaches that actually coach everyone in class, not just tell you the workout. They have also recently opened a wellness center with a sauna and cold plunge. Highly recommend. Best gym in the area!

I joined Alpine near the end of 2022 to try out CrossFit and after a few classes it felt like home. The staff is very professional, experienced, kind and positive! The community is awesome and full of amazing people. The variety of coaching and fitness categories also provides a unique experience that creates an environment where anyone is welcome and can start their improved health journey!

This gym is great. People are great, facilities are great, and programming is amazing. Never felt as much anywhere that a place was invested in my health, actually wanted members to go, and nicely pushed everyone toward their best. I'm the most dedicated I've ever been to fitness and health here at Alpine.

I found Alpine Crossfit after my gym closed. The coaches are super supportive and very intuitive to your needs in the programming. The classes are larger but that doesn't impead on anything, and only creates a bigger support group for you and your fitness goals! Absolutely love Alpine Crossfit!!
