I recently converted to the Nexus 360 CRM system after using Active Campaign for a year and never really getting to grips with it all. I was also immediately attracted to Nexus360 as I loved the fact that all my social media scheduling is all in one place. In addition, the one card system that can provide all my contact details, links to my products and has the ability to have my leaflet available for instant download means my customers can instantly learn more about my products and services. They can also immediately provide their contact details to enter into my CRM system.The CRM system has everything you'd expect from any of the main providers and more. It's brilliant that you can create a visual pipeline to move customers through a journey, in addition to automations and smart list and tagging. All the elements are there for creating email templates and campaigns with al the expects smart lists and scheduling for specific customer bases.Within the system I also have all my calendar booking systems included, so no need for Calendly etc anymore. Again, this all seamlessly fits in and can be built into automations.The service from the guys at Nexus360 has been fantastic. They personally migrated over all of my contacts and tags from my old system and integrated into the new system.Nexus360 have clearly understood my products and services and advised and supported me to set up automations, sales funnels etc. This is so much better than working with a faceless large company who sell a platform and then you get left to it. They have guided me through and helped set up most of the system. They also reply in a timely manner, meaning you can learn and fix your automations etc really quickly.In summary, a great one stop shop for marketing and communication with an excellent supportive customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to build or expand their service.
