Started last month with the start of the new year and Everyones been so supportive and inviting since I’ve got here and the atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking for a place to really focus on your training with like minded individuals. Definitely would recommend and it’s got all the strength training equipment you could ask for.

I’ve been going to Spartan Gym for over a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping every member improve. The classes are challenging but well-structured, and the community is welcoming and motivating in a way that makes you want to keep showing up.I’ve never felt this consistently motivated in a gym before. Spartan has become one of my favorite parts of the day, not just because of the workouts, but because of the people and the positive energy in every class. The training programs truly work—I’ve increased each of my major lifts by at least 20 pounds in just one year, which speaks volumes about the quality of coaching and programming.

Nick Swartz is the best in the business. He worked with me specifically on explosive strength training for an upcoming fight and I credit our work together for helping me take home the win. First thing, there are no mirrors, so you can leave your vanity and ego at the door. Second, you don't come here to see or be seen, unless you want to see people work hard. Everyone helps each other, this is a supportive family atmosphere whatever your fitness level or goals are. The staff, especially Nick, are committed to your success. Joining Spartan Fitness two years ago is by far the greatest thing I could have done for my mental and physical health. Nick, Mike, Amber, and countless classmates have pushed me to reach my ✨athletic✨ potential and find new ways to challenge my body each and EVERY class. They cater to ALL fitness levels and are willing to work with you to meet you EXACTLY where you are. (Well not always, because sometimes a good push is needed - I’m still mad at you for making me run Nick!!!) I cannot thank this gym enough for taking me in when they did. To whoever is reading this, you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not checking it out. (Drop in at 5:00PM on a Wednesday, you WONT regret it!)
