Called the day before and they scheduled us for the next day between 8am and 12. Chris arrived around 10:30 and was very friendly and knowledgeable! He pointed out some problems with our tank which was very helpful and gave several pointers of what products you should never flush even though the package says flushable!!! They never degrade! He also gave pointers on how to maintain the good bacteria and things you shouldn’t put down the drain that will hurt the system even types of toilet paper!!! The cheaper and thinner the better!! Very enlightening and much appreciated! Honestly. It was an enjoyable experience even though we were dealing with CRAP! LOL!
