I normally don’t do reviews so this is an exception to my rules. I easily got an appointment for the day I wanted, step one. The guys, Kenny and Woody are simply awesome. They were everything an owner could ever ask for. Professional, efficient and very personable, the full meal deal so to speak! The appointment went without a problem! This was my first time using AAA Septic Service to have my septic system pumped due to the fact that the company I have my contract with truck was broken down and they recommended AAA. I called AAA on 7/15 to schedule and service was scheduled for the next morning. The driver called me for directions to my home at 8:30 the next morning and was on site in just over 30 minutes later. The driver knew exactly what he was doing and was very polite and professional. I was extremely pleased with the fact that he advised me of a routine pumping schedule that would actually save me trouble down the road.
