Alysia Lopez is a true 5-Star Senior / Master Processor for Hancock Processing. Being almost mid-way through a 3-week closing deadline, the first processor suddenly went off radar. Not sure exactly why, and Hancock could have handled the explanation better in my opinion, but they did a good job of quickly filling the newly vacated spot with someone, Alysia, who comes in cold and hits the ground not only running but firing on all cylinders.
