Kris, the owner of Branch Brothers has been overly wonderful to work with. We are in a tough spot with a very large diseased tree on our neighbors property that hangs over our driveway, home, camper and shed. Several limbs have fallen but our neighbors are not agreeing to help with the removal of the tree. We hired Kris and his team to prune the side of the tree that hangs over our property and they were very efficient with the work. Besides the actual job that was done on the tree, Kris has been in communication with me several times to give me advice for the situation we are in with my neighbors. Kris and his team showed up, assessed the damage and took down the dangerous part of the tree first, and then returned the next morning to take down the rest of the compromised tree. These guys are a team to be reckoned with. They work together with communication via headsets and hand signals and they climb up these trees and take them down piece by piece. They saved us this weekend! And we highly recommend that if you have tree cutting tree trimming or any kind of needs from these gentlemen, call them they are the best around. Less

When I tell you this company went above and beyond, I mean their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Not only did they work us into their busy schedule quickly, they came out and took out a hazardous dead tree from my backyard AND trimmed up several of my other trees in the backyard, leaving it looking so nice! They were even kind enough to cut up the tree for firewood. I really cannot recommend Branch Brother's of Greenville any more than I do. From the customer service to the personability of the Arborists (big shout out to Dexter!) and the end result, they really are the total package.
