TLDR: Ryan is genuine, patient, understanding, and accommodating for anyone who needs help understanding and managing their ADHD. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ryan before he really took off in his mission to help other ADHDers in their quest to become the best version of themselves. Therefore this review is twofold. Part A is about Ryan as a person because I think it’s important to know someone who you’re going to trust with your deepest struggles and Part B is about his services as a Coach. Part A: Ryan is the person you meet and immediately feel heard, seen, and understood. There isn’t an ounce of judgement that comes from talking with him. He’s gentle in his communication but also firm in his standards to help you succeed. When discussing “Wins” he will gently redirect you if you start using negative self talk and guide you towards focusing on positives. “I’m sorry” and “I suck” are two phrases he’s always corrected me on whenever I start to head towards a self hate mode. He reminds me that I’m doing my best and sometimes things happen outside of our control whether it be physical control or mental control. I personally went through a very dark, stressful, and lonely time in life and I lost a lot of personal connections during that time but from A-Z Ryan was there for me. Not just as a Coach, but as a person. Part B: Ryan is a Coach from start to finish. He isn’t just in it for the money or the online dopamine hit. He makes every effort to provide affordable and attainable coaching for everyone. Whether that is his Patreon community of other ADHDers supporting each other or his 1-1 coaching services. He’s always posting advice and guidance on his social platforms and makes himself available to create legitimate structure for his clients. There is something for every ADHDer with any schedule or any budget. Truly an all inclusive coach. Less

Ryan asked me for an honest review so here it is. I was with Ryan for 9 months. Monthly cost of about $385. I would say for the first two months I was left alone with the exception of the group calls. It was great to be in a safe space with other people that were experiencing ADHD or neuro divergence. Ryan asked me for an honest review so here it is. I was with Ryan for 9 months. Monthly cost of about $385. I would say for the first two months I was left alone with the exception of the group calls. It was great to be in a safe space with other people that were experiencing ADHD or neuro divergence. The one constant in Ryan's program is a focus on the daily "MVP's". These are the three most important tasks for the day. After 2 months, I was struggling harder than before and I reached out to Ryan. To his credit, he stepped up his game and checked on me more. Ryan, self admittedly, has ADHD and he will tell you that there is now and not now. So if you decide to be his client, you will need to make your needs known so that it is his now. I still did not have a great vision for what I wanted my future to look like. I would select MVP's, post them to the group and not do them. I dialed back my MVP's to easier simpler tasks, and I did not do them. This began to erode my self confidence to the point where I was getting more and more depressed. I sought medical intervention and got a Lexapro prescription for the first time in my life. I had been taking Ritalin prior to signing up with Coach Ryan and continued taking it the entire time I was with him. I asked coach about what my future would be and he directed me to an online AI coach. I found it to be mechanical an lacking empathy. I don't think I gave the robot a fair chance. I did not tell coach Ryan about my experience with it and I can't remember if he asked about it. Coach Ryan is an average life coach who also has ADHD. He is also an advocate for neuro divergence in the workplace. He spend a lot of his energy for this cause, which I believe is a noble one. I do think it distracts him from his clients. I did not discuss my experience with other clients to see if they had similar experiences to mine. Less

I won a month's worth of support from Ryan and his excellent ADHD life coaching business in a competition and it was the best part of my prize! after a helpful and life-affirming initial chat with Coach Matt, I had two group coaching sessions led by Ryan, where I shared my experiences, challenges and wins with fellow ADHDers and they did the same. The group was SO supportive, helped me adjust my approach to a few problems I was facing so they didn't blow up into big issues and I also really enjoyed the fellowship of others who have similar struggles, as well as being able to pool our experiences and suggestions for what helps, so we could all support each other. It really added something that everyone was in the US, while I was in the UK, so I would definitely recommend this to others who aren't US-based, as it felt really powerful to connect with people so geographically distant, but know they were going through exactly the same sorts of challenges. Thank you Ryan, Matt and everyone I met in the group. Less
