I am a senior manager where I work. I can handle difficult stressful situations better than most…but things like filing are very difficult for me. I’m comfortable with difficult tasks that most people can’t handle, but often fail to get the signature to make it official. If I get the signature it’s probable that I’ll lose the paperwork. These weaknesses put a lot of stress on my coworkers who would have to fix my mistakes on the simple tasks that I find so difficult. Coach Ryan helped me accept that taking ADHD medication is ok. He gave me tools to help me complete the small tasks that I always relied on others to do for me. After giving me the tools he held me accountable to follow through on them. He taught me tricks to remember the things like garbage day that I’d routinely forget. Coach Ryan introduced me to other people that have helped me realize that I’m not alone. They’ve helped me embrace having ADHD instead of being embarrassed of it. The advice and support of the connections I’ve made through Coach Ryan have been life changing. I will forever be grateful to Coach and the friends I have made through his coaching. Living with ADHD can be hard. Having the support of others that have similar struggles is invaluable. Thank you coach and thank you Power Lunchers. Less

Coach Ryan is the real deal. If you're looking for options outside of talk therapy or only meds, Ryan helps you talk through your goals, identify roadblocks and offers creative solutions to break through the roadblocks and start accomplishing your goals. I never knew ADHD coaching was a thing, but it definitely is. Ryan offers many different platforms to use, whether it's direct 1:1 coaching, social media platforms, email newsletters or his community -- I joined the community and find great value in everything there. The variety of people I've met through the community has been an unexpected and delightful surprise. Ryan will take the time to make you feel welcome, challenge you with questions to make you think or explore reasoning behind the mental noise. And most of all, he will acknowledge your struggles, but relentlessly make you see the positive in all you do! If you're hesitating to explore another avenue in your ADHD journey, I recommend giving him a try. I came across his service completely by chance on IG and it's been more than worth it. Less

Ryan is the first to truly encourage me and I don't mean he enables, he is objective and gives direct steps and usable tools to empower and celebrate the positive traits that we have with our neurodivergent way of thinking. His heart is huge but he really keeps me in step when I try my best to resist. He knows how we feel because he has Adhd and was able to get going in the right direction for himself and his family. Yes you can say I am a fan of Coach Ryan and his family Less

He is brilliant at connecting you with resources and others in the community. It is a true gift. He’s helped me be a better nurse practitioner when working with ADHD patients. Nobody should struggle with just a prescription. He understands me, he knows from personal experience and this is what sets him apart from all others. Follow him on instagram for Tuesday night “Folding with Friends “ . I was fortunate to have found Ryan at one of the worst periods of my life. I was broken and Ryan helped put me back together . I don’t give Ryan 5 stars lightly. He has contributed to me overcoming my ADHD more than he knows. I only worked with Ryan briefly, but his enthusiasm, selflessness, and dedication will be remembered forever. Thanks Ryan.
