In a word? AMAZING. I was very fortunate to find these dudes. On short notice, within hours, they had their technicians (Gregg and Matt) at our house, able to get deep stains out of our area rug; all in no more than an hour of time. They were personable, respectful, considerate, and as odd as it sounds...they were experts in their craft. (Not sure how else to describe it.) If you need help saving a carpet or rug, give this crew a call and watch them work their magic. Easily and undeniably a 5-star review.

WOM has done a few jobs for me recently! They are quick to respond and get me apts when I needed them! And they are super efficient and do a wonderful job!
