The Tech came out to our house and based on his assessment, he indicated that because of the way the tile was laid, he wouldn’t be able to achieve an acceptable level of satisfaction, so he recommended that we don’t do the job even if it meant losing potential income. VERY honest company!

Absolutely wonderful experience!Company texted days before to confirm appointment time. Knew they were on their way 30 minutes prior to appointment time.Upon arrival Greg and Matt introduced themselves and evaluated the carpets in need of stretching and cleaning. Provided honestprofessional opinions and cost for services. Proceeded to job which was done efficiently and professionally with fantastic results!Last but not least also cleaned a border with bathroom tile at no additional charge!We have nothing but positive excellent reviews for Word of Mouth Carpet!We highly recommend for anyone in need of these services!Thanks again Greg and Matt!
