I purchased a rug to cover a more expensive rug for protection from the potential “fall out” from a new puppy. I also have a member of the family with mobility issues. The new rug arrived folded - the folds looked permanent which could have presented a tripping hazard. Gregg and Matt from Word of Mouth Carpet Restoration came to place the new carpet and talked with me about possible solutions. They offered to steam clean the rug to try and relax the folds - fully explaining it might not work due to the carpet material. They returned as scheduled 3 days later to allow for drying and relaxing of the fibers. The folds had moderately relaxed. These specialists further manually stretched out the carpet and then used carpet tape carefully tacking it down to prevent any trips and falls. The carpet laid significantly better. I cannot thank these professionals enough for their care and efforts to make this all work out so well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company and these professionals have my whole hearted recommendation which I will tell anyone who asks. Again, my Very Grateful Thank You!!!

In a word? AMAZING. I was very fortunate to find these dudes. On short notice, within hours, they had their technicians (Gregg and Matt) at our house, able to get deep stains out of our area rug; all in no more than an hour of time. They were personable, respectful, considerate, and as odd as it sounds...they were experts in their craft. (Not sure how else to describe it.) If you need help saving a carpet or rug, give this crew a call and watch them work their magic. Easily and undeniably a 5-star review.
