Absolutely wonderful experience!Company texted days before to confirm appointment time. Knew they were on their way 30 minutes prior to appointment time.Upon arrival Greg and Matt introduced themselves and evaluated the carpets in need of stretching and cleaning. Provided honestprofessional opinions and cost for services. Proceeded to job which was done efficiently and professionally with fantastic results!Last but not least also cleaned a border with bathroom tile at no additional charge!We have nothing but positive excellent reviews for Word of Mouth Carpet!We highly recommend for anyone in need of these services!Thanks again Greg and Matt!

Well I finally found someone for our carpets! They did a great job. Prompt and respectful of our property. I waited until the carpets dried so I could actually see just how good of a job they did and it was in fact a good job. I would certainly recommend them.
