Erik is probably the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. I would highly reccomend using OTHER realtors. Took forever responding and gave a generic “contact somebody in that town” even though he’s listed as the selling realtor. Good thing I found somebody else. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR COMPANY.
