My wife and I have used Erik multiple times, and I will say that I could not be happier. He always goes out of his way to explain everything that is going on. When we were first-time homebuyers, he patiently walked us through the process. His advice and expertise were invaluable as we dealt with owning a rental property. He was able to help us sell that home when we needed to do so. He's exceptionally good. I cannot recommend him or his team enough. I see that my opinions of him are not universally shared, but I'll just say that reviews from people that only post negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.
