Dustin and the team at CrossFit Au are amazing. I’ve been a member for just over three months and have really enjoyed the community and energy at this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, the atmosphere is always positive and uplifting, and the members are great. If you’re looking for a new gym, check these guys out.

Great CrossFit gym with an awesome community. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and really care about proper form and progress. Workouts are challenging but scalable for all levels, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!

I love this place. All the coaches have helped me so much in improving my technique. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is kind, friendly, and very welcoming, especially if you’re new. The equipment is excellent, and it’s a gym that truly makes you want to keep coming back

Joined in on Christmas Eve as a drop-in for the 12 Days of Christmas WOD. AU made it so easy to sign-up, and they were so welcoming when we arrived! Their space is beautiful and well organised. See you again on Boxing Day for another holiday drop-in!

CrossFit Au is by far the most put together and friendly gym around. I went in for my first class a few days ago and everything was top notch. The workout was led well, the coaching was on point, the people were friendly, and the equipment was in perfect shape. I highly recommend this gym.
