As a first time buyer, unless you know friends or family that have been through a buying process recently, your completely lost on what to do. This was us, until i came across pete on tiktok! From start to finish he answered every single question we had every single option and scenario, i should add getting a mortgage for us wasnt a straight shoot, im employed but not currently working, pete worked with this and i was scared it would mean a big no for a massive intrest rate, but it meant neither. Once pete side was done Gemma took over with anything administrative again answering every question i had even if i was preemptively thinking worse case, we had of offer accepted today and the first thing they done was call, i could never recommend my mortgage planner more! Especially as when our fixed terms up they’ll contact us again to help find a new rate’ 10000/10😊
