Terri and the team have so much experience and they are so helpful. I can't begin how to express how much they have helped with me insurance and patient collections. They answer patient calls about billing and can collect their balances! Cannot recommend them enough! Customer Service is 10/10 Less

We started with this company a few months ago. They were easy to contact anytime we needed something. It wasn’t until we hired our own in house biller to work alongside them that we realized that they are only great if you don’t know what you are doing. 6-7 months we asked no questions and had no problems. Then our biller noticed we had over 2,000 claims that had never gone out. We inquired about it and were told not to worry about it. We later found out it was an error that could only be fixed by Kareo our Practice management software. (Our new billing company had it fixed within a week by simply calling Kareo by the way). Working with them was an expensive lesson. They do not have Texas Medicaid clients so they were not able to assist us with any of the denials we had and there were many. I have never been blamed for so many things on the billing side. They blamed us for everything. We see patients, We do not bill or set up claims. However with them if there was a problem it was our fault and we needed to get it fixed. I had to hire another credentialing company to assist them. 10 months in with MM they were still blaming our old billing company for any problems we had. By the time our relationship ended they were so frustrated that we started realize that they didn’t know what they were doing that they terminated our contract and accused us of fraud. The reason: They refused to bill a claim because of a empty progress note when we informed them that it was written on a paper note and we just needed a day or so to enter it and then it could be billed. I could get over all of the above but the day they decided to end our contract with NO notice a patient called their office about a bill and they informed the patient that they no longer worked with us. I was so heart broken that they would treat us this way after we did all that we could to work with them. It was very unprofessional. As a business owner I did not want to bash any company but I could not just let someone else go through what we did. Less
