Naturally, I was a little skeptical of getting hearing aids, but the owner of the facility was very very knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable. His exam and presentation was outstanding. While visiting Delray for Thanksgiving my right hearing stopped working. They are three months old. Reached to Delray Hearing. They got right back to me. Saw me within an hour. Fixed it within minutes. Customer service was exceptional. They care.

My husband needed new hearing aids and we heard good things about Dr. Locker. We made an appointment and was very pleased with the attention given to us, how well he explained all the choices and actually showed us the difference in some of the hearing aids. After a couple of months one of the hearing aids kept slipping out, so he did a second mold and ordered a new one without charge.He has been wonderful with any questions and always follows up if we leave a message. Highly recommend.
