BAM has been the highlight of my week for a while, Ben knows his stuff and I feel like a get a personal training experience after every visit! Highly recommend to anybody looking to get fit, improve on strength or to just improve your mental health!
Ben is an excellent coach, incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly to me has made exercising fun again. As someone in my fifties with a history of back problems, Bam has been amazing. I've been using muscles I didn't know I had and my core is so much stronger. His hard work and enthusiasm have ensured that the atmosphere is never judgemental, whatever your age or ability and you always feel comfortable within the group. 🤗 Now that I'm a bit older I want to maintain strength and flexibility whilst staying injury free and Ben's extensive knowledge and the small classes ensure you receive the best attention. Awesome strength based gym and community. Ben is a great coach and fantastic at getting me to fully understand how to train so I don’t injure myself.
For over a year now; I keep turning up, 3 or 4 times a week, keep getting stronger, keep being challenged, keep being motivated and never get bored. All thanks to BAM, the best gym in North Devon, Ben's excellent workouts and the welcoming, friendly and non-judgmentle atmosphere here. It's not like any other gym you've tried, I would recommend anyone to give this a go.
I have been having Personal Training sessions with Ben for a year. He had adapted training to suit my ability, allowing for exercised to strengthen my knee after an injury which is now doing a lot better after our sessions. Ben is very patient and knowledgeable which instills confidence. I cannot recommend Ben and BAM Training enough.

I have been going to BAM Training twice a week since Ben opened last summer. I have chosen 1 - 1 sessions because I like the close attention that gives me. The activities are challenging but not exhausting and Ben has a lot of knowledge of the body muscles, skeleton and joints. For me, the best gym in North Devon!

I love coming to this gym. It has a really friendly atmosphere, and each session is different so it never gets boring. I'm getting stronger and I'm not worried about injuring myself as the group sizes are small so there's enough support and coaching for everyone. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

The personal training coach you can’t be without. We train regularly with Ben, his knowledge and understanding of our training needs is excellent. Keeps us fit, strong and injury free as I continually commit us to a challenging adventure ❤️
