From the moment I called UNITS & spoke with Griselda my moving experience changed from frustration & anxiety to calm & thankful. She explained all the options, set an appt, went over the contract in detail & even stayed on the phone the next day & walked me thru the online paperwork. She was patient & friendly & made my experience so positive & easy. Today Ruben sent a text letting me know he was on his way (just as Griselda said he would) & would be arriving in about 11 minutes. I was anxious to see what the storage unit looked like & amazed as it was taken off the truck & put in place by Ruben using remote controls. WOW this was really interesting as Ruben focused on removing it from the trailor, turnning it completely around, up the driveway & backed it perfectly into place. Once the task was completed we surveyed the unit & visited a little & requested that he be here to transfer the full unit to our home because he was so friendly & focused. Maria is THE BEST! I called her approximately 1 million times with questions and she was always friendly and so helpful. She also helped me out with a same-day pickup so my unit did not have to sit out on the street overnight. John delivered and picked up my unit and stayed longer when it wasn't ready in time, 11/10 customer service. Finally, there was a minor issue with my unit after pickup and Maria went above and beyond to personally correct it. All my stuff arrived to my new home safely and quickly. I highly recommend UNITS! I called several portable storage businesses and after a nightmarish experience with PODs I switched it up and went with UNITS. I could not have been more pleased with their service, prompt response to delivery, pickup and return request. I had my unit stored in their warehouse for 5 months and no items were damaged. John and Elizabeth have been wonderful to work with on all my various requests for deliveries and pickups. Will not use POD anymore, I am converted to being a UNITS customer. Thank you! Less
