Oh man, what a great experience! Maria was amazing over the phone and made the process so smooth and easy. We’ve rented from PODS before and the first couple of times, it was just fine but before reaching out to UNITS we had ordered a POD but ended up canceling because they refused to deliver because the driver said our driveway was too small. After talking to their customer service while canceling our order, the customer service person said that it was definitely because of the driver not feeling comfortable with unloading the unit there because he wasn’t experienced enough. While at the time it was very inconvenient. I think it was a blessing in disguise because we then moved onto calling UNITS and they 100% guaranteed delivery in our driveway and also upgraded us to a larger unit at a much cheaper price compared to PODS. I will definitely be using them in the future, every single time instead of their competitor. Anyone UNITS , you’ll definitely 100% be satisfied. The delivery driver Ruben was also very kind and pleasant during the whole delivery process, very professional.

Maria and Griselda are incredible — friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with whatever we need. Spectacular service from start to finish. Maria was so helpful with on boarding this unit for me and the driver was a magical human maneuvering the unit perfectly into position in what I was told by other companies to be an impossible situation. I’m so grateful for this company and it’s employees! They have supported me every step of the way- from on boarding to Delivery they were perfect. I almost forgot to mention you can’t beat their prices very fair. Very honest I will only ever use units in the future.

The driver who delivered the pod was Very prompt courteous did a wonderful job putting the pod up to the wall so there’s lots of space for opening the garage door and sorting things between the pod and the garage. We have had our Units for a long time and have found the company to be very helpful, easy to coordinate pick up and delivery, wonderful customer service, and a very easy company to work with. The delivery and pick up technicians have been fantastic, taking special care to insure our units are set in the exact spot we need them with the doors facing the correct way for unloading. Delivery and pick up were always on time with up to the minute updates via text and you just cannot beat the price for this level of service! Just a note that they will not prorate/day if you do not need the unit for half the month or so they do charge you for the full month so plan accordingly when you are planning to “move out”

I needed a pod to store things in my driveway for a few months during a major renovation. Units was incredibly fast with their delivery and reasonable with their delivery charges. My contractor had an unexpected delivery at the same time the pod was to be delivered and it delayed placement of the pod for much longer than expected. Units was patient and reasonable with their wait time charge I recommend them.

I'm so glad I found this place. They didn't have one available right away but when they had one available, they called me up and delivered it right away. The person that delivered was such a pleasant guy. It was so convenient having this instead of renting a public storage. I highly recommend this company.
