A place where you start your health journey and everyone becomes family. The coaching is phenomenal and so are the athletes. Everyone supports each other and there is no one person every made to feel out of place regardless of ability or age.

This is more than a gym, it is a community of people who support one another. It doesn’t matter if you are first or last everyone is supportive and rooting for you! The coaches are great! I have learned and grown so much in the last two years at Pine Street CrossFit.

Took some decent time away from a BOX setting environment once I got a home setup & never thought I’d get back into the CrossFit box scene, until I walked into the doors at Pine Street! The community is out of this world along with the coaches. If your near the area you’ve got to check this place out! 100/100

Family owned gym. How perfect for Springfield area! Workouts are catered to each person so yes you can do it! I love crossfit gyms like this, where you have a coach, your workout is already programmed and you get in and get it done and leave accomplished with results, every time! Also the coaches are very thorough with assisting each person on each movement.
