MfM presentation was very good at laying out the benefits of multifamily investing and clearly shared how their business model works. I think they were honest about the work required to be successful as well. There were times in the presentation that seemed very fake and cheesy, lots of sale pitching, buzz words, dream sailing, things to work the room and stoke emotion. My wife had a hard time following the content because of that. But overall the information was good and with a trained listener, solid enough to filter out the used car salesman grime. Today everyone wants to hear the hustle required and strategic ways to get investors and change people's perspective. No need to sell the dream of changing your life, just present the money will follow the knowledge and work. Less

I attended a 3-day workshop with some partners to evaluate what kind of network this might be, culture and what not. The days were long and I learned much about their investor and general partner methods and strategies. The workshop consisted of a main speaker and 4 strategist who are basically multi-family real estate performance coaches, so as you can imagine they hype you up, educate you, and offer you (“for only 40k”) a members only networking membership in which they teach and mentor you on how to be a partner investor or general partner within its network. I have no doubt this works if you apply yourself. On day 2 they start creating an action plan for you, which felt more like a resume. They basically ask you what your background is and how much money you have but in a less direct way. It’s in the form of an “action plan”. But I get it. After all, it takes team work to make the dream work. I will note that the demeanor of your strategist is subjective to change after you talk to them a bit more. Don’t take it personal, this is the world of business and if you have nothing to offer then it’s normal to keep looking (“we like nice guys, but we need performers” as they put it). If they are picking up that you are not joining their network they will start to not take you seriously, it showed. Serious candidates only vibes. So after hearing the 3 days sells pitch mixed in with multi-family real estate literature, you better be all in If you are in fact all in. Anyway, I met a lot of cool people, learned a lot about multifamily real estate, and got some contacts. Did not regret! I look to be a limited partner in the future. Less

They teach you how to do a commercial apartment deal. That’s it. So I pad $1500 for this and I was told by the teacher that he couldn’t treat me the same as somebody who pays 40k if I were to bring deals to them. Really ? I thought these guys make millions in apartments? No ? Ok so 100 people pay 1500 and that equals about 150k for the weekend. All closers are students supposedly making gazillions however no proof is provided. And I saw around 14 people maybe 20 joining coaching so that’s another 500 to 600k. So a weekend is around 700 to 800k. Times 4 they make 3 mil a weekend. The company makes a boat load with its closers and that’s better than any multi unit apartment. I have nothing against them. Bless their hearts. But they should have been honest with me instead of pretending they could help to take my money. They reached me via text as well as phone. Apologized and issue full credit. I upped my review to 4 star. Ethics and character and customer should never be unhappy is important to them. I appreciate the delivery. I wish we could work together but it seems not in the cards. I first attended the free class in New York City with a friend who had introduced me to the concept and I wanted to learn more. I asked him how did he hear about the company he said it was via social media. When I walked into the class I did not have high expectations because I did not know about the company in the beginning but after meeting Todd who gave a great introduction into multifamily real estate and how it works I was very interested not only because of the concept but the team and company behind it. I knew that they were going to try to sell me something and to my surprise they were very forthcoming and upfront with that, as most companies wait until the end to hit you with their pitch. They said we were going to teach you the basics about what we do and how we do it but if you want to know the complex inner workings you could come to our paid three day class that cost $998. When I heard the price I said “yeah I’m not interested I’m just going to attend this free class just to get a better idea of the business model and how it works.” However Todd did a very good job of explaining everything in detail and there were no hidden surprise costs or special bonuses it was straight to the point like they said and the business model of what they offer and what they do made sense, To my surprise I had called my wife and said hey I think we got a check this out it’s in line with our goals and vision of what we ultimately want to do. We attended the three day class and On day one we had learned so much about the business that we thought we knew a little about. Tyler was better than expected and really took his time to explain and walked through the entire process and made the complex easy and simple to understand. Day one was filled with so much knowledge and so much learning that we could not wait for day two to start. Day two Was way better than day number one with even more knowledge more learning more in-depth analysis of the inner workings, And real world Deals to dissect. Day 3 was filled with the same level of deep learning and a better overview of the overall process, we thought we knew a lot but coming out of this now we know way way more. We are subscribed to the elite membership and could not be happier with our purchase knowing that we have a wealth of knowledge and a bunch of people rooting for us and also helping us along the way to our ultimate goals. This is a no-brainer if you’re thinking about getting into multifamily real estate this team is one of the best organized and most equipped to get you to your final goal. The whole team that was there Tyler and His colleagues which are other investors helping us all to see the vision understand the business and mostly believe in ourselves to attain What we set out to do in this industry.
