After being a patient here for multiple years, my doctor(Dr Precure) stopped seeing patients due to a physical condition. He passed all of his patients, including me, to his other doctors. When I showed up for my next appointment with my new doctor, I waited for over 30 minutes while watching the staff and doctors sit at their computers doing apparently nothing while a full waiting room of patients is waiting, and can see the them doing nothing the entire time. There was minimal communication between anyone and the place appeared to be not functioning in any capacity. When it was finally my turn to be seen, the doctor called me in and tried to adjust me right away. I stopped him and asked him what he could tell me about myself as a patient that he was seeing for the first time and about to adjust. His reply was, “nothing”. I then asked him if he had reviewed my notes at all and knew why I was even being seen here in the first place, same response. I told him that I did not want to be adjusted. He asked if he could call me to reschedule after looking at my charts to build some knowledge about me as a patient, I said that would be nice. That was 6 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone at this clinic and probably never will. It’s extremely disappointing to see a practice that once provided a good service has now fallen completely off the map in both patient care and doctor quality. Unfortunately, they are stuck in an insurance system that forces them to see the maximum number of patients in order to be profitable, but this is directly transferred to poor service to patients.

"Where pain is a doller sign with a smile",was lied to about an 78 doller adjustment just to get me in the door, "i payed 200 dollars" out of pocket. no customer care, just unnecessary exrays,and a waste of my time.3 days later NO ADJUSTMENT thay sat me down in a room to watch a video about joint damage and nerve pain and told me, they wanted to wait a few weeks for the pain to come down, really ive already felt 3 days in pain and 200 less and the $doctor$ wants me on a 4 week treatment plan. 🤣🤣🤣 yeah okay some of us only have 2 hours off to go to the doctors not a full day to plan to be there, not even 30 min leeway when I was called several times in between 3:00 3:15 I became more then stressed and when i showed up at 3:15 thay rescheduled me as i was walking in, and all that for no adjustment, I visited precure with my neck and back hurting and left and whent somewhere that actually gives an adjustment. Boo 1 star

I had a really bad accident that left my hips my back and my neck a little messed up The team at this office was very nice always calm and Dr Hunt has cracked me back into place so many times I'm so grateful I have so much more energy My body feels great and I hope my muscle memory continues to stay this way Sometimes things can get painful but it's a process guys trust the doctors Happy birthday Dr Hunt You're the best

My chiropractor patrick is wonderful he has done wonders for my pinch nerve. He got it taken care of on the first visit. I slept for 22 hours after that. Because I hadn't slept very good. Procured. Chiropractor is the best in the area, and I would recommend it to everybody.

Wonderful place to get adjusted. Everyone is so kind, and Dr. Hunt has been the only chiropractor I've seen so far who is able to adjust my main problem areas; he's also such a sweetheart. They're usually quite busy, but he still listens and guages my posture before he adjusts me. I feel great when I leave, thank you!

I went to this place to get some work done on my back. The chiropractor who came in was a girl (i forgot her name). She began to work on my back, but a strange booming voice came from outside and the chiropractor suddenly ran out! She came back later, and the rest of the session went on without any weird stuff happening, but I do wonder why she ran out. Maybe it has something to do with this rumor I heard of monsters appearing in town and being defeated by superheroines?

Staff is always very friendly and ask how I am doing. Helpful in any way they can.I am very confortable coming here. Dr. Patrick is the best. I have been to another chiropractor in my teens and came out in more pain , especialy after ajusting my neck. But not here.

I was cured in 3 sessions many years ago, he was great chiropractor,.Now this place Precure wants to charger me 2,000. and come here for a whole year and pay out front. This place is a scam. They figured how to get more money out of the hard working people.
