You will never find an amazing gym like this anywhere else!!! When I first moved to the area, I tried memberships at several gyms before finding my home at crownedfit. I immediately fell in love with it!! The coaches are amazing. The other women who attend the gym are amazing. It is such a welcoming environment where I genuinely have fun while working out! I love the format of the classes and feel so empowered actually lifting weights and I haven’t even mentioned how amazing my body looks!!! My progress here has been more than I ever could’ve imagined. I am constantly being complimented on my body shape. It has become noticeable to other people that I’m in the gym and being consistent. I’ve never been so close to having abs in my life! I love this gym so much. I would encourage anyone to join. Wish I could take crownedfit with me (which you can if you sign up for the online app). So amazing! Nothing but good things to say about this gym and amazing women, especially Shannon.

Crowned Fit is my favorite part of my day. I’ve been going here for about a year now and I can attest it’s worth every penny. I grew up around fitness, going to all the gyms in the area, as my mom is a fitness instructor. Nothing compares to Crowned Fit. The workouts are methodical and the coaches are incredible. Not to mention the workouts are FUN! I’ve never felt more empowered or strong! Highly recommend!

I need weight resistance to try to slow or reverse osteoperisis. The workout I get at Crowned Fit provides for me a safe solution.

I only started here a few weeks ago because I was tired of figuring out workouts on own and absolutely love it! The classes are great and runs in series, so you never plateau and get bored. The coaches are all wonderful, as the push you and motivate you to become your best self! I'm so glad I made the leap to try this place out because it an amazing place with an amazing community. 💪❤️‍🔥
