I came to this gym after being frustrated with my own lack of motivation and consistency/discipline and found exactly what I was looking for. While expensive, the investment has been worth it. I’ve learned how to properly (and safely) lift all types of weight and also move my body in ways I hadn’t thought of. It’s fulfilling in a way that a regular gym like Planet Fitness can’t capture. Coach David has been very helpful and everyone else has been wicked nice and welcoming. If you’re looking for that next-level experience/commitment to your fitness and live in the area, THIS is the place.

I am at baystate for a medical rotation and wingman has been a great box to workout out at. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and prepared.

My son is part of the kids program and it is his favorite part of the week. Coach David does a great job keeping them focused and completing each movement with proper form. Not only is he instructing them athletically but also important lessons on respecting others and the equipment.

I have only been a member for a little over a month and I am extremely satisfied with the total experience to date. The personal trainers are amazing, the coaches and all of the staff are so helpful, and the facilities are top notch! The small group classes are perfect and tailored for every level from beginner to advanced. My journey is just beginning, but this is exactly where I want to be!

Family like atmosphere, excellent trainers, in 4 weeks have gained muscle and lost body fat. Highly recommend. Great to do as a couple so you can workout together.
