TSC Air is awesome! We had them install a new Bosch package unit. The crew was on time, very professional and knew what they were doing. The old unit came off, the new unit went on, a new thermostat was installed and voila, we are cooling efficiently. Couldn’t be happier!

TSC Air is the best! We use them for all out heating and cooling needs. Whenever we’ve had an issue they are there within a day, usually the same day, to take care of things. We appreciate the great customer service!

Joel & asdist tech arrived on time for my fall maintenance. Everything ckd out fine. They also installed a new thermostat that had been malfunctioning. TscAir is a great company that I have used for 8 yreas. They are knowledgeable, efficient and I highly recommend them.

Text service was very responsive and helpful. Technicians were professional and explained their trouble shooting, the issue and the solution in clear terms. Was on time or early for their scheduled appointments. Knowing that the company is very busy during the summer when my AC went out, I experienced that everyone involved was very mindful of my situation and showed they really cared.

My fix was complicated. My run time had increased by 50% month over previous year’s calendar month…which was the hottest month on record. The initial company I called, after attempting to fix the system, seemed to throw their hands in the air and suggest the problem was all in my head…it was running fine. TSC Air first acknowledged that there is an efficiency issue based on the data I shared w... More
My fix was complicated. My run time had increased by 50% month over previous year’s calendar month…which was the hottest month on record. The initial company I called, after attempting to fix the system, seemed to throw their hands in the air and suggest the problem was all in my head…it was running fine. TSC Air first acknowledged that there is an efficiency issue based on the data I shared with them, and then went to more lengths to confirm by measuring all the temperature splits in the system and agreed that there is indeed an efficiency issue with my unit. They are committed to exploring this further with me by engaging the manufacturer should my issues persist. I am confident, however, by the extra steps that TSC took (that the first company didn’t) that the system will now operate as designed. Less

TSC Air has serviced my heat pumps for many years. They are responsive and provide great service. The technician Jacob was at the house within an hour to replace the capacitor and get the AC running again.
