We always move ourselves but wanted to lessen some stress this time so hired a company just to load the moving truck we got. I wanted to choose a local small business but unfortunately I regret it. The truck was packed so poorly I was dying inside watching it. I thought since I hired movers that they would know how to pack a truck but I spent most of the time wishing we’d done it ourselves. They put the small stuff and boxes in first then shoved the big stuff in at the end, including putting the yard stuff, dressers, and mattresses, on top. Even damaging my dresser. I am giving two stars instead of one because they wrapped my TVs with such care and did well carrying things down the stairs without dinging the walls. I also got no response from the owner when I tried to talk to him about it. Less
