Could not ask for a better Company to deal with. Necessary to have them out last week at a very short notice and they fitted us in same day, great service. Problem solved very quickly by Morgan.Then on Sunday 24.11 another issue arose which had nothing to do with the original call out. They were unable to schedule us in on Monday 25.11 but another technician was here on premises early on 26.11.Unfortunately I somehow didn't get his name but am aware that he comes from Cooroy so he will know this is for him personally. I think Noosa Garage Doors are extremely lucky to count you among their team members. His whole attitude extremely professional, knows exactly what to do, and great personality as well. Great customer service. He was fantastic, that's not taking anything away from Morgan as I was out when he arrived and only met him when I settled the account. But he also did a great job with the original problem, and very friendly.It was then necessary to call In Morgan on 26.11 to give him a hand with the door, didn't take long for them to have it all up and running very smoothly in no time at all. So well done guys.I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending this Company and if you have my 2 technicians you would be extremely lucky as you would any other team members I am sure.
