They surveyed our items in advance to ensure they had the right equipment for the day, and they were more than prepared. They told us in advance they would pack anything we needed support with and they did a wonderful job (the kitchen seemed daunting to me so I was relieved to know the pros would take on the whole thing)! They also assured us that they would disassemble and reassemble even the most cumbersome and complex furniture (I couldn't believe that magically the most monstrous bunk bed you've ever seen disappeared from the top floor in one home to the top floor in the new home like these movers had discovered teleportation - it was incredible). To top is all off, this team of four people worked so incredible hard - packing a truck like they studied Tetris in college - and had the nicest disposition. They communicated with us throughout the day, asked us questions about how we would like our items handled and placed, and they checked in to just make sure we knew what was going on next. The entire experience made a day that could have been stressful and emotionally exhausting into one that felt easy and smooth and even peaceful. My feet were tired from doing my best to keep up with them through what was a very long day (we had to bail two hours before they were done because of kiddo bedtime, but they locked up and sent photos of everything to ensure the utmost accountability - so looking back this team could have done the entire move without us even being there I'm sure), but I went to bed with a smile, knowing a huge task had been accomplished and in a way my whole family felt really good about.
