Without an appointment, I stopped in for information about my hearing aid dryer. The lady up front quickly wrote down the info I needed. Then I asked her to sit in the waiting room with me to discuss new hearing aids. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been with Total Hearing Care for many years and I will happily stick with them. THANKS
