I was very pleased with the hearing check. What was going to be done was describe very clearly to me, and then the results were discussed with clarity, and good humor. My mother can hear!!!! My 88 yo mom can finally hear. This miracle is all due to Brittany Sims. My mom has had terrible hearing, for as long as I can remember, and has worn hearing aids for at least 15 years. But with her continual decline in hearing, I was trying to explore every option (surgery, etc) and did not want her to have a hole drilled in her head. We went to her first appointment and Brittany listened, tested mom and had a plan. We walked out with a loaner set (replaced with her purchased set) and my mom could hear. Her energy level has gone up, confusion has gone done, and most notable is that her tv is not blaring when I call her or visit. We had a series of Thanksgiving events which were all in crowded spaces with lots of people. My mom had a great time and is now attending more parties and participating in group activities, again.
