Pawsitive adventure crew offers some amazing services—the group adventures are a great opportunity for dogs to get socialization with other dogs and make friends! However, I unfortunately ran into communication issues with the crew outlined below: 1. Pawsitive Adventure Crew has typical agreements that were signed before becoming a client. Unfortunately I did not commit these to memory. So for example in the case of severe weather a pack walk will be transitioned to a brief bathroom break and 1 hour of playtime inside, I forgot to cancel for severe weather and my dog was taken out for 10 minutes, not engaged with for an hour of play. 2. All communication is received through the Time to Pet online platform. This can be very convenient, so all the cute dog pictures and communication is centralized. However, there are times a call would be incredibly helpful. For example, one time I completely forgot to put the key in our lock box. I did receive a message from Pawsitive Adventure Crew, but I was out of town and did not see it until later. A call would have been preferred as that is urgent and my boyfriend was home and could have unlocked the door. 3. After these challenges with miscommunication I decided to move my dog’s care to another provider. Throughout the cancellation and refund process there were challenges that I ran into in Pawsitive Adventure Crews interpretation of their own agreements.

I’ve been with PAC for 3 years and couldn’t be happier! My dogs do the group adventures twice a week and come back to me so happy every time. Great communication, dedicated walkers, convenient.I love that I get a great detailed update with pictures from every visit. It often makes my day to see them having such a great time. I’m not an outdoorsy person so this is also a great solution for my dogs who enjoy that.I trust the owner and know she will do everything to ensure my pet’s safety and make sure I’m happy as a client as well.Highly recommend.All photos were sent to me from actual group adventures.

Tasha and team are truly the best crew of people around. I hired them for solo walks for several years, and was distraught to leave them when moving from Nashville! They loved my pup like their own, and he was so very attached to them. The team is personable, responsible, and communicative. They were so patient with my pup and he slowly became a new dog on the leash - I actually enjoy walking him now, which is much better for me and him both! Tasha and team celebrated the successes with us along the way. Cannot say enough good things :) Hire them!

Tasha is the best dog walker! She is willing to work with my dog, who can be sensitive to noise during walks. She finds multiple ways to make sure he still gets in a good walk and/or mental stimulation, even on days that there are loud mowers/trucks/kids outside. I can tell she really cares about her furry clients and I know my dog is in great hands when she comes to take him throughout the day. She ends the walks by sending lots of photos and a very detailed "report card" that tells me exactly what they did and how the walk went - which I love reading. Definitely worth it and is a great business to support.

What an amazing little company to have in Nash! We have since moved away, but it was such a relief to have certified dog walkers for my puppy. Their puppy potty break program meant 3 walks/potty breaks a day while I was at work. There were 4 different dog walkers, and all of them were so very sweet! They left long, detailed messages with lots of pictures for every visit too! You could tell they just loved my pup as their own. They also worked on training with my pup during the potty breaks and had advice for me for training as well. I worked odd hours and days of the week, and they were more than willing to be flexible to my schedule. I am so grateful for their good care and honest business practices.
