After 'battle of the agents' I finally settled on Stonebridge with the slight hesitation that I'd chosen the newer agent in town! However I really had nothing to worry about. The team, Shaz, Faisal and Mittal have been brilliant from start to finish, simply brilliant. They have kept me informed every step of the way and when there was a lot of activity during open house, viewings etc. , several times a day. I think what makes them stand out is that they understand each individual circumstance. I never felt I was just an address, I was always referred to by my first name. Each of them understood the gravity of selling our home of 40 years, taking care at each step to respect the house and viewings. Had an appointment. Went there 5 minutes earlier. Waited till the agreed time, Rung the agent 10 minutes after , and was told they couldn’t make it to the appointment.
