Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. And I can say with all honesty that Starrfit is one of the main reasons my 2 kids are doing so well in sports. My daughter is 10th in the state for Javelin and she went to regionals last season in weightlifting. My son is doing extremely well on his baseball team. First game of the season he pitched a no hitter and struck out 13 of 17 batters. When it comes to conditioning, he is doing very well. Starrfit has positively impacted my whole family.
