Starr.Fit is an amazing Crossfit Gym. I've only been a part of the Crossfit community for 4 weeks, but my experience at Starr.Fit has been wonderful. The coaches are knowledgeable and fun. Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. I recently joined Starrfit and I’m loving it so far. They take the time to really teach you the fundamentals of the workouts but also teach you how to properly calculate your macros and really understand the fundamentals of living a healthier lifestyle. Rude. Not sure if the man was a trainer or member but either way he didn't make a good impression and if his rude attitude is reflective of the rest of the gym...I wouldn't even consider or recommend them. Wish I had gotten his name or called him out on his attitude

Absolutely love my box family! Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly!! All levels and body's welcome, they have options for everybody for each workout. Wouldn't want to workout with any other group of people!

This is the best CrossFit box I've ever had the privilege of training at. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable and work hard to provide a safe and caring environment for all levels of fitness.

StarrFit/CIC is a great place to find your inner fitter self, no matter what your level of fitness is. This has become like a home away from home for me. Great facilities and awesome cafe. The coaches here are awesome and you won’t find a nicer, cleaner Crossfit box anywhere. Give it a shot, what do you have to lose?

We dropped in at this box for Thanksgiving while visiting family. What a great gym!! Facility is amazing, coaches were extremely thorough in explaining every movement and the expectations, and the members made us feel right at home. I think we've found our gym-away-from-home for whenever I'm visiting my mom.

Great instruction, challenging WOD, very clean and well stocked box

First time back to crossfit in over a year. Great class structure! The coach was very knowledgable,offered great advice and helped me perfect my deadlift form. My back feels great! Super amped to be part of CIC!

Fun, family-like environment! Trainers who truly care about your health and safety. I have made tons of friends since I started in September. I've never been an athlete or consistently gone to a gym, but this is something I have stuck with and don't plan to ever give up! CIC stands for Community, Integrity and Commitment and they couldn't embody those values more. The box is unbelievably clean and the staff is super supportive and awesome. Never worked out before? No problem, they make you feel at home immediately and inspire you to do great things! Love this place!

My daughter works the Strength and Conditioning Program. It's a great program for kids and teens participating in sports. She has found a new passion at Crossfit CIC

Friendly knowledgeable staff, always eager to help. This is a place you don't feel intimidated to go to if you're a beginner. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to start CrossFit, or looking to join a new/different box.
