Robin was willing to do the job at an affordable rate. Other companies would either over charge on an estimate or simply were not willing to do the job because of the conditions of our concrete breezeway and basement stairs. Our concrete was previously tiled, and they were able to grind that all down. We are very happy with the end result.

Garage Force, showed up on time, did the job they quoted, professionally and when I had any questions or concerns, they addressed them very quickly. I would use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. I was very satisfied with the end results. If you are looking for honest hard-working people, this is the company to do business with.

I hired Garage Force to do a decorative flake polyurea / polyaspartic coating for a portion of our new detached garage floor concrete with a moisture guard bottom coat. First attempt at installing moisture guard on 7/12 resulted in partial floor coated with amber-like chunks on another section. They had to reorder the moisture guard and were back out on 7/20 to reapply. They ground down the ch... More

I hired Garage Force to do a decorative flake polyurea / polyaspartic coating for a portion of our new detached garage floor concrete with a moisture guard bottom coat. First attempt at installing moisture guard on 7/12 resulted in partial floor coated with amber-like chunks on another section. They had to reorder the moisture guard and were back out on 7/20 to reapply. They ground down the chunks and reapplied the moisture guard. I noticed yellowish moisture guard was accidentally applied to my garage door siding and trim. They had not taped off any of the siding or trim. I asked if it could be removed and they indicated they would try. On 8/2, they came to apply the base coat, flake, and top coat. Later in the day, I went out to check on how things were going and they were in the process of removing about 1/3 of the floor in front due to paint chips not being properly mixed and having a different look. After sanding and reapplying late into the evening, they were finished. Again, they had not taped off any of the siding or trim so now moisture guard and flake/floor coating was unevenly applied to the siding and trim. They also ripped one of the plastic garage door trim sections. I asked them to reimburse me for the cost of painting the siding and replacing the trim but this was a minimal reimbursement in which I will need to correct. In addition, after everything had dried, the areas where they had previously applied the moisture guard and also the areas where they removed the original base coat and flake were obvious. There is also an embedded piece of straw and unevenly applied sections in the topcoat. Very disappointed in the quality of the work done. UPDATE: Garage Force was out on 8/22 to grind down and repaint/reflake the front slabs with the major issues and to take care of the embedded piece of straw and uneven top coat in one section. They indicated attempting to fix the corner slab with the uneven moisture guard application may make things worse. The front two slabs are much improved but you can still see the variations where the original paint/flakes were removed. The fixes for the embedded straw and uneven top coat also still show variations in top coat thickness. As positives, Garage Force has been responsive and they communicated well and stuck to appointment times. They also worked hard to try to resolve the first installation issues with incorrectly mixed flakes and came back out to try to correct the remaining issues on these front two slabs. Based on the fact that the visual and level differences in the floor coating were caused by installation and not the underlying concrete and that there are paint/flakes on the siding, I am still not thrilled with the overall quality of the installation. I have updated my original rating to reflect the effort to correct the issues and with the improvements to the front two slabs. Less

Robin and garage force were fantastic. They explained the process, kept to all timelines and came in as quoted initially. On top of that, we had another contracted damage the floor months later, and Robin came back, again at the time he told us, and repaired it for us. Great company, great work, would highly recommend
