Work Ethic Kansas City is easily one of the nicest gyms and professional coaching environments I’ve experienced. Over the past several years, I’ve been to countless gyms around the area, and nothing really compares to what they’ve built here.The energy is different in the best way possible. I started CrossFit in 2017 and Ben was my coach through the Fundamentals class after moving across the country and seeing my mom pass from cancer. It was my first time doing anything strength related. Since then, I have been grateful to have a resource in Ben as a coach. He helped me during my recovery from a mastectomy after breast cancer in my early forties. Today, in my mid forties, Ben helps me build strength as I navigate changes with my body as it ages. I could not be more grateful for a coach that genuinely cares and understands where I am and builds a program that is specifically designed for where I am at this moment. I feel stronger and more capable than I ever have. If you’re looking for a coach that cares about you as an individual and deeply cares about helping you meet and achieve your goals with empathy and grace, Ben is the BEST. Fantastic gym to check out! Clean, brand new facilities with all of the equipment you would expect of a Crossfit gym. High level coaching from Zach (former Crossfit games competitor) and Ben with years of Crossfit experience. Programming is challenging and fun and designed for athletes of all levels! Can't wait to go back!

This is an excellent CrossFit facility and the coaching is top notch. One of my favorite things is how intentional the coaches lead every aspect of each class, from warm-up to cool down.I would advise anyone in the area to stop in!

Overall, I have no complaints. The moment you step into Work Ethic KC you immediately feel a welcoming and knowledgeable vibe that lifts the whole atmosphere.
