They did a Great Job on the ceramic coating on my 2500 hd pickup.

Good quality work. I had two small bubbles appearing in two windows that I showed when I returned for my two week inspection. They happily repaired the windows without me having to push for it. Scheduling was a little difficult but nothing that caused me to lower the rating of this service.

You stated "When you visited us, we provided a side-by-side comparison of the before and after photos" and this is not true. I did seek advise from another detailer and your statement on that is false as well. the evaluation was as fallows, the front bumper could be rock chips and if they were there before they would not have coated over it. They did not say anything about proper masking but did mention damage to plastics could be from paint correction. They confirmed the paint is cracked but had no comment as they do not know your proses or what you use. As far as the defects over the rest of the car they had many comments. They also mentioned poor business practices and there customers include your neighbors. The swirl marks may be in the paint but you advertise 85 to 95% scratch removal guaranteed. If its in the coating then your claim to scratch and chip resistant is false. I have had one other inspection and results will be documented but not complete as this is ongoing. We are continuing to find defects in your work. Its hard to complete all this because of my work schedule but I will not stop and I will post for all to see. I am also working on a YouTube video that will showcase your work if time allows. You are gambling with your vehicle if you take it to them. I went in for level 3 ceramic coating and paint correction. Instead I got a rushed job with no attention to detail. Damaged paint and coating. Coating where it does not belong. areas partly covered. Hazing on plastics that will probably need replaced. I'm probably missing something because I'm so upset. I communicated with them and even gave them my car for three days to evaluate it. I called the gmc dealership (arbogast) and was able to purchase a bottle of it that same day. Very disappointed we were lied to. What's really upsetting is the owner was the guy calling us, but was never at the shop and didn't even touch our truck. Definitely won't do business with this company again. ZERO STARS Zach Jones dba ZJ Detailing, has yet completed my service and admitted Wednesday 10/11/2023 on a phone call to me that him and his employees are NOT able to do my truck due to as in his words "It's too hard". His told me to take my truck to Cincinnati to be redone, I AM NOT taking my truck to Cincinnati nor would I take a shop recommendation from Mr. Jones that can't complete the work I have already paid for. so he took it upon himself and filed a warranty claim with his Xpel dealer on my behalf. Erin Cooley called to let me know a warrant claim had been filed, I explained it's not a warranty issue, ITS a ZJ Detailing hasn't completed the work nor does he have the ability to. I explained to her that he told me to take my truck to Cincinnati to be completed and that is not an option for me, she clearly stated that she doesn't expect me to drive there and I explained to her I have driven 45 minutes one way to ZJ Detailing and Cincinnati was going to be 1.5 hours one way. She asked me to send pictures so the salesman can work on better training for them, She also asked what happens if he refunds me 100%, I stated I walk away we just agree to disagree with his customer service, quality of work, and expertise of him and his employees, I also advised I'm concerned about the condition of my hood under the Xpel due to the number of times his employee poked it with a syringe BOTH times. Mr. Jones dba ZJ Detailing has NEVER even seen the poor quality from his shop. as he only has the pictures I have sent him. Mr. Jones has said HE would be coming out to replace the PPF, after several non answered text messages from approximately 8/25/2023 he would be coming to my house around 4:00 pm. Then my truck would need to be left outside and it would be replaced while I'm at work. Then it could only be done would need access to my garage (No way) Then he wasn't available due to my Google review, I'm really sorry that the truth hurts, It's been viewed over 60 times, I have had people contact me about the issues and it's really nice when I out and people comment on what a nice truck I have, and I say until you see my horrible ZJ Detailing job and after looking they say "OH MY GOD" and I share his contact information and explain he claims he has a "NO REFUND POLICY", it sure creates a lot of conversation. By the way Mr. Jones has YET to show the BBB or myself where I signed a NO REFUND POLICY", not that it's even valid in my case due to the fact he hasn't completed the job I paid for nor are him or his company competent in doing so and that's words from his mouth. and when I said if not resolved I'll file in court and he stated "Just let me know the date" Oh believe me young man the court will do that for me. I had MADE it clear to Mr. Jones and in my BBB complaint against him, he needs to REFUND me the entire $4,682.72, I also stated if that wasn't achieved I would be filing in court and the amount will be increased to refund me any lost wages, courts charges etc. Along with him being liable for ALL hood damage when my truck is redone by a UPSTANDING and Reputable company THAT can and will redone my truck, yes it is a corporate business, I like using small business but this time Mr. Jones has a lot to learn about running a quality, customer service driven and attention to detail business. In closing pictures of my unfinished job that I have paid for NOT just a hood as Mr. Jones has ONLY talked about are like gold to anyone looking to do business with ZJ Detailing. and Mr. Jones, my pictures and videos don't lie as you have done during this complete negligent process. They tinted my windows they were to be done at 5:30 and didn’t get done till close to 7. The tint looks bad it has tons of tiny bubbles in it and then I took it back for them to re tint it. They only fixed one window and the back window is peeling and bubbles on passenger window. They even broke my brake light cover. Maybe I just had a bad experience but would not recommend.

Took them my 2011 Tundra for a ceramic coating and almost didn't believe how good it looked when I picked it up! So many swirl marks gone, minor scatches eliminated, etc.. My bumper was a whole new color that I didn't even know it could be. They did an amazing job and were very professional. I'll be back!

They detailed my car and we’re very professional. My car wouldn’t start when I went to leave, but they said that the battery runs down when they’re working. The guy brought out a little jumping kit and they had it running in no time! Overall, very pleased with the service.

Overall a satisfactory job, but I was expecting things to be a little better overall. I had just bought my first new car, a Tesla Model 3. I was looking to get wrapped, tinted, and ceramic coated by the best and that is what led me to ZJ Detailing. I was willing to drive over an hour outside of Columbus as ZJ Detailing had such a good reputation and their owner was amazing with helping me pick out what I wanted and educating me on different options. However, the results were not quite as good as I expected. To begin, the wrap was out sourced to another company about 40 minutes away from Springfield, which means my car had to be dropped off in Xenia, wrapped, and then picked up and driven to ZJ Detailing. The owner was nice enough to do that drive himself but the wrap is, what I believe, the most difficult part to do. To have that aspect outsourced to a young kid (overall he did a decent job, but I did have to take it back within two weeks for a repair) seemed less than ideal. This was my first new car and $47,000 so I wanted this done right. I feel like if I had been aware of this change at the beginning I may have went a different route or communicated with / researched Wraptor Autostyling (company who did the wrap). On to the tint, my Tesla Model 3 is basically all glass, so a lot of tint. Again, overall a satisfactory job, but for the price I paid, which was about 30% more than other shops, I expected more. There is a small tear in the windshield, a few very small bubbles that never disappeared on a passenger window, and several larger bubbles and some ripples in the tint on the top and rear. Nothing terrible, but $1125 for a tint job is on the upper end and I feel like I got a middle of the pack job (ome issues I was able to somewhat correct myself). To be fair, I'm not a car pro, but most of my life has been spent around UNOH and cars so I have a fairly decent amount of experience around car people. I've had helmets and motorcycle parts wrapped by students, friends, etc for free that is of equal or better quality than what I have on my Tesla. I've had 3 cars tinted by students at UNOH (they sometimes need donor cars to practice) that are honestly of equal or better quality than what I received on my Tesla. Now for the good. Zach was the most helpful individual I've ever had when doing something like this. Customer experience is top notch. He was very communicative, helped me pick out everything, found ways to save me a little bit of money here and there, and worked with my schedule as my Tesla continuously got delayed. I will also say that I can tell my car has been ceramic coated well and is much easier to clean. Their auto detailing products are also fantastic. Less

The place is very good at what they do, and very friendly. They are flexible with scheduling and will have your car looking showroom ready! I recommend this place to anybody looking for a professional place to get your car detailed.

I thought my GMC Sierra Denali gleamed anyway, but when I got it back from ZJ it absolutely glowed. Had the 5 year ceramic seal, plastic armor on the front hood headlights and windshield. The armor should help with rock chips and bugs. Very happy with the results.

I have to say, they work and stand up to their posted core values. Had window tinting done to the front windows on my silverado and it looks fantasic. Took my Bronco up to get it ceramic coated shortly after I bought it. I had never done this on a vehicle before, and was impressed at the thorough process and beautiful outcome. The paint correction plus ceramic makes it look awesome. While it was there I had them tint the front windows. Overall, very pleased with their work.
