I reached out to Wisely blinds to fix few shutter blades and some vertical blinds. What an excellent company. We had a particularly difficult problem with a skylight shade. Roy stuck with it until the problem was solved. Nikki provides excellent customer service support.
Do not go to this place they take to long to repair your blinds if they even do the repair I took some blinds and it took over a month to restring and I pick them up and the string was still knotted just like when I dropped them off and still charge 🤬
Great customer service and reliable blind repair. I needed a re-string on a ten year old blind that was extremely complicated. I had another company come out and say it couldn't be done. I brought it to Wisely and they said they could get it done. It was done perfectly and at an EXTREMELY affordable rate. I would highly recommend Wisely to anyone needing blind repair.
Wisely Blinds was able to restring our Duette Honeycomb Shade. They were personable, professional and reasonably priced. I brought my shade to them and when it was repaired, I picked it up. It's as good as new! Prior to bringing it to Wisely Blinds we watched a YouTube video on how to restring blinds and decided that it was way too complicated to try. Thank heavens for Wisely!
My experience with the owner was horribly unreliable and unprofessional. There was a delay in getting a motor for a set of Hunter Douglas blinds and this company lacked communication. I would call and leave messages repeatedly asking for an update. I would not get a response so I had to call again and again. My experience with the owner was horribly unreliable and unprofessional. There was a delay in getting a motor for a set of Hunter Douglas blinds and this company lacked communication. I would call and leave messages repeatedly asking for an update. I would not get a response so I had to call again and again. Ultimately, the office gal called me back after 5 voicemails over a 2 week period. I was advised the part was in the office and would be installed within a few days. After a week past I called for an update and I was told the part is still being shipped and due to be delivered in the next few days. Fast forward 13 days and still no update or motor. I called again and again leaving messages only to have them return my calls 9 days later. At this point I was 2 months without a cover for my Arcadia door to my house. Unfortunately, my customer needs were not a priority and the owner eventually called me to tell me they were never going to get the part so I had to seek help elsewhere. This resulted in a few days of a delay and the new company I used was able to get the exact motor, ordered delivered and installed within 8 days of my call. In response to your reply. Taking the time to clarify hoping another customer can avoid being hung up on and called Vulgar names. I withheld this from the original review out of professional courtesy. In the customer service department you and your staff failed. At no time should a customer be called names. I have the phone calls recorded, and reviewed them again before responding again. I caution anyone seeking assistance from this company to be aware, if they drop the ball and the service promised is delayed, you will have no right to complain or express your frustrations. Super amazing experience! They helped explain what needed to be fixed with my blinds, and even how to fix it myself! The clutch on my blinds was broken, which is something new I learned about, and they fixed it in no time! Everyone was so helpful, patient and kind answering all my questions. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service, we highly recommend Wisely Blinds, our blinds were very dirty because of a major renovation but they came out as new. Price was very good
