They also explained their reasoning behind things we couldn't do, should wait to do, and/or should do. The appointment was booked very quickly after that.We were specifically looking to get a total yard refresh and it truly transformed the curb appeal.I appreciate how thorough the team was and how genuine and friendly they are.We would definitely recommend Ross and Jack's!

We were referred to Ross & Jack’s by friends here in Elmhurst, and I’m so glad we went with them.They buried a couple of our downspout lines along with our sump pump discharge line, routing everything cleanly to the backyard. The difference is incredible—it looks so much cleaner and really improved the overall appearance of our yard. They also installed new sod over the builder’s trench, which had always been a problem area where grass wouldn’t grow because of the shade. After a tree came down, it finally made sense to fix it, and it turned out great.The biggest reason I’d recommend Ross & Jack’s is the people. Mike, their GM, was outstanding from start to finish. His communication was prompt, he was always patient with my many questions, and he never tried to upsell us. In fact, he often suggested better, more cost-effective solutions than what I originally had in mind. As a bonus, he was always kind and patient with my kids whenever they wanted to come outside and watch or ask questions.The installation crew was equally impressive—professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They worked two full days in nearly 100-degree heat and never cut corners.We’ll absolutely use Ross & Jack’s again for future landscaping projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service.

We have been Ross & Jacks customers for over 8 years. They took over our weekly landscaping maintenance from a large, well-rated company and we immediately saw a huge improvement in the way our property looked. Their crew is meticulous, thorough and reliable and our property looks great.Over the years we have also used them for other things. They do all our landscape design, plant selection and installation. We also used them for a large hardscape project. The biggest project they tackled for us involved working with our plumber and the city of Elmhurst. They handled all permitting, dug and built a drywell in our front lawn and routed the overflow from it underground into the storm sewer in the middle of the street.This company is extremely professional, experts in what they do and above all, we trust them. They are also a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality, full-service landscape provider.
