Ross & Jack’s has done incredible work for us. We just had a tree removed and needed pavers redone as well as leveling of the area that the stump and roots impacted. They did it beautifully and updated some other areas as well. Michael is great to work with and I value his opinion on all of our landscape needs.

These guys are great. Working with Mark and he has taken the lead on everything my yard needs. The attention to detail is fantastic and service first class. Know people say they can be a bit pricey, but if you can handle a few extra dollars, you get what you pay for.

Through Michael's expertise, the Ross & Jack's team transformed an old large concrete patio to an beautiful outdoor living space. Project was highlighted by on time delivery, no surprise charges, and a product that exceeded our expectations. We have been using Ross & Jack’s for the past 4 years. The one word I could describe them with is CONSISTENT. They are there when they say they are going to be, they do what they say they are going to do, they are up front with costs/contacts and they respect your time. These guys want to give you a nice property. They are priced reasonable with like landscapers in the area. Also what we really like is that they are respective of your time. They will call if running late and if you need something done differently they will always listen to you and get back to you timely.Initially we had them do replacement planting for shrubs and added additional perennials to our flower beds. They were great and explained why the current shrubs were not taking to that area (too compacted ground which our previous landscaper did not indicate but kept replacing them with cost). They dug out the “bad” ground and replaced it and added the new shrubs (which have lasted all these years). We have used them every year since to add perennials (Mike has some great ideas) and when our local lawn mowing person had medical issues we worked with Mark, the owner, to have them take on managing the property… mowing, mulching, weeding, spring and fall clean ups. Their crew is very good. If there is something we specifically need work on we just email Mark and he makes sure the crew takes care of it. We are glad we found them and plan to continue to use them in the future. Nothing like consistency to make your yard shine.

Ross & Jacks redesigned our landscaping when we moved into our house a few years ago, and it’s honestly one of the most fulfilling investments we made. We get compliments on it throughout the summer and have referred people often. Beyond the design itself, they’ve always stood behind the quality of their plants and have been great to work with for ongoing upkeep/maintenance. Just a really solid, trustworthy team and we’re happy to be working with them!

We have been a customer of Ross and Jacks for many years. We had them design a landscape plan for the front of our house.The landscaper planted ornamental bushes, two trees, and six evergreens at my house. All the work was done in one day. The landscaper buried two of our downspouts with pop-up drains in the lawn which looked very good.
