Such a good experience. They helped both my neighbor and I with drainage issues. In both cases Mike explained what the best solution was for the problems. In my case he was connecting our output from our backyard sump pump to a new storage sewer stub in the front yard. When doing the work they found the sump pump from my house was not draining properly so he took the time to fix that problem also. My gutter downspout was also added into the mix. All my drainage issues in that area are now fixed and looking great. When they finished up the job, my front yard looked just as good as it had before.

I was very pleased with the entire process of working with Mike and his team. A big job took 4 days to complete. 4 hard workers. The goal was not to get in, get out and move on. This made for a better outcome. It allowed for better ideas and changes/ improvements. A good company to work with.

We hired Ross & Jacks to tackle a project that included building a retaining wall, laying new sod in our front yard, and completely refreshing the existing landscaping. The results were simply outstanding and far exceeded all of our expectations.From start to finish, Michael was extremely responsive and open to discussion. He and his team were highly collaborative, taking the time to lay out the plans and ensuring we were in total agreement before proceeding, even making adjustments as the project progressed.After the project, they provided a full set of instructions to help us care for the new sod and landscaping. Michael even stopped by a couple of weeks later to check on the grass. Michael and his team are truly full service…each week they keep the entire lawn and all the garden beds pristine. We recently rebuilt a detached garage and the Ross and Jacks team re-graded the entire back yard, put down new sod and added stone accents and borders. The work was efficient and exactly as I requested. Their prices are very competitive especially for the amount of work they put in. I am so happy to have found this company….five/five stars, highly recommend their services not only for weekly lawn/garden care, but also large yard projects.
