They try their best to be as transparent upfront and their price points are so competitive that you don’t really feel the need to negotiate on price or anything (this is big coming from my background as we like to negotiate regardless)! You know for a fact that you are getting the most value for the amount of money you are spending (I compared their prices to well known retailers and other jewlers as I wanted to ensure that I was getting the right value and not being persuaded by sales tactics).
