I dropped in for a 5:45am class this morning with coach Katie. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with helping me scale the workout to accommodate my recent elbow surgery. The gym is extremely well kept with everything a crossfit athlete needs. She let me stay to work through some elbow rehab work and helped me with a new movement. Thank you Katie! Yoi have a great gym!

Katie is amazing!!! We dropped in from VA for a competition this weekend and just wanted to stop by one of the local gyms and it did not disappoint. Super welcoming. Everyone was kind. Knowledgeable coaching. Over all, will be coming back when we visit.

Audacity Fitness is a GREAT gym! The coaches are awesome and will work with anyone at whatever level of fitness is appropriate. Workouts are offered morning, noon, and late afternoon so it accommodates a lot of schedules. Highly recommend checking it out.

Fun little box. Dropped in while in town visiting my inlaws. I hadn't worked out for almost 3 weeks due to a prior conference, and i didn't want to destroy myself for the remainder of my trip. Coach Michael totally understood where i was with that and that i knew how to scale the movements without a lot of handholding so he let me do my thing. Katie the owner (i think) also came down and went out of her way to say hello to a drop-in. Very professional and friendly people. Highly recommend this box and look forward to dropping in again next time I'm in town.

Came to the area for a work conference and located Audacity Fitness/ CrossFit. Went to 2 drop ins. Coach Katie and Coach Jess could not have been more welcoming. The 5:30 AM crew were also great. Highly recommended box if your in the area.

In the area for work trip and did a drop-in. Coach Katie was very welcoming especially letting me do an evening class after pressing the snooze button to much for the missed AM. Gym is nice and set up with ROGUE all over! Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town! Highly recommend and thanks again Coach Katie!
