I have had a very bad experience with this inspection service. Being a first time home buyer I was badly relying on the inspection. After the closing, I found that the inspector named Robert was so incompetent and he ruined all the joy of buying a house. On the second day after the closing, I found a significant gap between backslash of countertop and the drywall. Upon shaking it, the backslash came out, showing damp wall with bkack mold. With further investigation I found pre-existing drain leak problem with large black mold affected area in the kitchen leading down to the first floor.
