We cannot recommend OJB Services highly enough. From first meeting to the final stove testing, they have provided excellent customer service and simply the best workmanship. We moved into a cottage that was built in 1862 and wanted to put some character back into the property by changing the gas fires for multi-fuel stoves. OJB have been supportive throughout with guidance on stoves and what to expect. We used OJB Services to have our marble fireplace removed. We had Phil and some other members of his team come to the house on the 4th November. To start they capped the gas to make sure it was safe to proceed. They then continued to remove the fireplace and fill the hole in. They left everything very tidy and didn’t leave any mess behind. We had a plasterer come on the second day to re plaster the entire wall. The wall looked great and we are really happy with the end result. OJB services removed a badly fitted stove liner made up of 6” and 5” liner . Then modified the chimney internals in order to fit one straight length of 6” liner a new granite hearth was supplied and fitted along with fireproof board fitted to the original brick heart sides.
