Lookout Fitness is the best! I joined recently and was totally new to CrossFit. The coaches have been super supportive and helpful with identifying the right scale for each workout to ensure I’m getting a good workout but not doing too much too quickly. I highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been training here for almost a month now and it’s been a really pleasant experience so far. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Their corrections and feedback have allowed me to surprise myself with what my body can accomplish.

I tried Brigade CF when I got to Chattanooga, it was the 2nd worst CF gym I have been to on 6 continents. Then, then I found lookout fitness in Chattanooga. I am so happy here! Trainers are supportive, kind and the cost is $50 cheaper per month than Brigade and their bully trainers and horrid owner. Come to Lookout Fitness and enjoy your fitness and their wonderful staff

The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable.During the workouts, the coaches motivate you to push yourself and offer suggestions for modifying if you are a newbie. My favorite part was the nutrition counseling. You eat real food in the right portions and you lose weight. I highly recommend Lookout Fitness.

Dripping in sweat after I just walked out of my last workout of the six week challenge! I didn’t lose as much weight as I wanted but my clothes fit better and I have seen the inches just fall off!! This gym is amazing! The challenge is a great jumpstart for weight loss and strength building. This was the first time I've ever been part of an exercise class like this, and I was grateful for the clear instructions and positive encouragement. If you want to reach your weight loss goal, Lookout Fitness is where you need to go. I have tried “gyms” and do it yourself workouts with failure. At Lookout Fitness, you get a tailored diet, workouts scaled to your ability, and most of all accountability. The coaches, members, and staff are super supportive and will help you reach your goal!

Lookout Fitness’s six week challenge is definitely a challenge. But with the coaches, members and staff’s support, it’s an awesome experience. They created a diet plan for my needs and scaled every workout to my ability. After six weeks I’m down 15 pounds, haven’t had one migraine (this was a weekly thing), and feel/ look great. I highly recommend Lookout Fitness!

Just finished my 6 week challenge at Lookout Fitness and lost 15 pounds! The coaches are great and super supportive. At first I was nervous because I have a muscle disorder and I wasn't sure if I would be able to do the workouts. All of the coaches helped me modify the workouts so that I was able to do them. The first few weeks I wasn't sure I could do it, but I'm 15 pounds lighter, already stronger, and the people here are awesome (and Lucy dog too). Wow. Invest in yourself with this group.

If you are trying to make long term fitness goals and healthy eating habits a priority in your life I highly recommend checking out Lookout Fitness. The staff and members are so supportive and welcoming. I just finished the 6 week challenge and feel amazing, both mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging and I never got bored. I really appreciate the focus on form and safety. I have an old injury so feeling like I’m working out safely and can trust my coach is very important to me. The coaches always offered modifications when needed and checked in with me. I haven’t been to any other gym where nutrition was a main point of focus. The diet is strict, but totally worth it. After two weeks I felt a major difference in my mood and energy level. If you get bored with the meal plan or are having cravings there is a recipe book that is a life saver. Trust the plan! A few tools that really worked for me in the area of accountability were the app that is used to reserve classes, the monetary incentive to follow through( You put down a deposit which is returned or applied to a membership upon completion of the challenge/ meeting your goal.), and the weekly weigh in with coach Casey. Clay, Coach Z, Casey and Brookes are all definitely doing what they are meant to be - a trainer can completely make or break an experience like this for someone and they couldn’t have made it any better! All the others there also giving their all at working on themselves helps with your own accountability and gives you even more motivation! Prior to my participation in the 6 Weeks Challenge at Lookout Fitness, I was anti-gym and anti-gym people. Gyms and the people intimidated me. I accepted the challenge as a way to kick start a healthier lifestyle. I wanted to regain a better quality of life and get back on the path of being a healthier person. I never thought I would enjoy it, make friends, or even be sad to see the end of the 6 weeks. Week 1 I was ready to throw in the towel and give up. I was sore…tired…and just wanting popcorn. Through the encouragement and support of staff and fellow challengers…I persisted. I learned I needed to work out the soreness, adjust my eating times, and I survived. Since that week…I’ve learned to think about my relationship with food…a lot. It’s complicated and is still not resolved at the end of the challenge…but I’m smarter, stronger, and more in control. There were days in the gym when I was terrified of failure, afraid of embarrassment, and just did not want to participate. Casey, Clay, and Coach Z encouraged me, supported me, provided tough love at times, and made me realize I’m kind of awesome at certain workouts. I had a silly goal to be able to properly squat. I never shared this, but it was always in my mind. During week 5 it happened. I was just able to do it…and I got great feedback. I went from having to use a box…to now being able to squat…and squat low. I have more mobility, more energy, fewer headaches, and sleep much better. I have found not only a family at Lookout Fitness but I have also found a lot in myself that I did not think existed. I may never be a fitness model…but I will be a much happier and healthier person thanks to Lookout Fitness. Down almost 35 pounds and I am still on the path of transformation. Highly recommend it. I just did the 6 week challenge and I can’t say enough good things about this gym. By following their nutrition plan and going through the workouts I was able to lose 33.6 pounds. All the coaches are amazing. They push and motivate you through the workouts and are always willing to help or answer any questions with your nutrition plan. Thank you so much Lookout Fitness !!

Best gym I’ve ever been to. Going into the 6 week challenge I didn’t really know what to expect. But all the coaches are very knowledgeable, motivating , and work very hard to see you reach your fitness goals. I was able to lose 33.6 lbs and feel so much better. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

This is the best place I have found so far to workout in Chattanooga. Very easy to get to and they have great class times that really work for my chaotic schedule. I just want to say how much I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so very friendly and encouraging. The atmosphere is very inviting and I have definitely seen my hard work paying off. I’m feeling absolutely amazing and am more healthy now then I have ever been in my life. Thanks so much fitness family!

I did the 6 week challenge and couldn’t be more happy that I did, I lost weight built muscle and became more fit every week, the ppl I’ve met in this building are amazing and I have some awesome new friends and a great community, highly recommend lookout fitness to everyone looking to be more positive and feel great with themselves !!!

The 6-week program was amazing. I’ve lost 19lbs, 8% body fat, and gained so much muscle and endurance. The workouts are the perfect combination of hustle and fun. I loved the trainers and all the support from the other members and challengers. Highly recommend this challenge!

Did the 6 week challenge, where I lost 15lbs and 7% body fat. I've never had anything that worked quite like this and I'm just so happy with how I'm looking. Not to mention the people are hella awesome here, the nutrition plan that you get with challenge works wonders, and the motivation from the group class structure is so awesome. Can't say enough good things about this place :)

The Dominator and Terminator will make you work!! I kid, I kid. The workouts are legit and as much as I hate it, so is the nutrition plan. It’s only been a short time, but I can already tell a difference. Here’s to the results after six weeks!
